Welcome to Pink Farms —a charming country escape nestled in the iconic Shawangunk Mountains, just 90 minutes north of Manhattan and the first in a series of branded residences developed and designed by McKenzie Ryan. Framed by rolling landscapes, farm-to-table dining, and the quiet beauty of the Hudson Valley, this timeless retreat offers serenity, character, and even a hidden bookcase door that leads to a secret pink room. The home is available for vacation rentals, intimate events, brand shoots, and custom activations and features a delightful blend of rare antiques, up-cycled furniture, and vintage pieces.
Pink Farms – Gardiner is the first in McKenzie’s line of branded homes, each joyfully featuring its unique shade of pink. Simply put, the interiors are designed to inspire good times and even better memories—a fantasy farmhouse to escape to on the weekends, with an interior style to aspire to.
ABOUT MCKENZIE
McKenzie is the founder of McKenzie Home, a design-forward firm that sources the real estate, and then renovates and designs the interiors. A lifelong New Yorker and formerly decorated national athlete, McKenzie competed as a top-tier rhythmic gymnast prior to her career in real estate. She is also a classically trained ballerina and a New York City historian.
With a passion for historic restoration, McKenzie purchases one-of-a-kind properties and uses a blend of materials, antique / vintage furniture, and pieces from her own collection to give each home new life.
Pink Farms - Gardiner is the first in her line of branded homes that will all gleefully sport a different shade of pink. Simply put, the interiors are designed to inspire good times and even better memories—a fantasy farmhouse to escape to on the weekends and an interior style to aspire to.
The home is available for vacation rentals, intimate events, brand shoots, and custom activations. McKenzie Home has a number of active projects underway throughout the Hudson Valley and Manhattan. She will continue to both personally purchase and design homes while also working alongside her clients and bringing creative visions to life.
McKenzie attended Horace Mann and Hamilton College and began selling real estate while in high school. She is the founder of the McKenzie Ryan Team at Douglas Elliman.
